      Help on getting out of a lucid dream?

      This morning I chained 5 lucid dreams in a row, not once waking up, ending up feeling like total LD time was 7 days. advice on getting out of an LD if you are in one too long?

      I usually run or fly as fast as I can into a mirror, while saying "Time to get outta here!". That usually wakes me right up. Then I grab my journal and start writing and/or drawing.

      i don't know how i'm able to do it... i just kinda know where my sleeping body is when i lucid dream and just force myself to move. if i can move i can wake up.
