I didn't find much saying anything about having a lucid during an afternoon nap, but read once before somewhere saying its possible. After a few naps throughout the week I had minor success. I was able to have two very short lucid dreams on two separate days, both lasting probably less than five minutes. They were DILD's but I swear I almost WILD'ed somewhere along the way. One other reason might be that I rhythmic nap frequently.

So, who else has some experience with afternoon lucid dreaming, and what method do you use?
