Help with updating the journal

Hello DV, I need some help with my dream journal. I've been keeping a dream journal for 3 months now. A lot of cool dreams and weird nightmares but no LD's yet. around half a month ago I became really occupied with school and thus forgot to write my journal. I go to bed at 11 and set my clock at 6 o clock. It will keep ringing till half past 6 till i get out of bed and by that time i'm to tired to write something down. How do i motivate myself to write it down every morning. All the rest of my dreams i've experienced in the vacation when i woke up by myself but when i get woken up by the clock i seem to forget the dream and be too lasy to bother.

Well, I'm also often too tired to write dreams down right away. Sometimes (when I'm too tired) I just don't care about remembering, but usually I try to repeat dream/dreams in my head. This way I can write them down later when I feel like it. Yes, later you don't remember as much as you would in the morning, but its better than nothing imho.

I also became so busy with school that I didn't remember any of my dreams this week! But the weekend is coming so that will help.

You don't need to write in the morning though, you could take notes, go to school, etc and then come back to read your notes and then write it.
