Stephen LaBerge mentioned in his book that setting goals is very important. He suggests to record and evaluate those goals. Goals should depend on one's level of achievment. |

I would just start out with something simple and common like flying. It's highly enjoyable, and pretty easy to do compared to other tasks. Or your main goal could just be getting at least 1 lucid a month. |

I have enough tasks that I want to do in my lucid dreams. Easy ones, too. That's not the problem. Getting lucid is the problem. What kind of goals should I set for myself to become lucid more often? |

that's for you to decide- I think maybe setting yourself goals wouldn't be a good idea because you have no control over when they happen, not even a vague idea when the next one will be and not much practise in general. I would just get used to the idea of lucid dreaming and what it means- many times my dreams have strong references to lucid dreams and that can cause a DILD. |

when i have a lucid dream the first thing I will do isorder a pizza.
PIZZA
pizza is sacred.
I don't quite understand why you think it's not a good idea. Could you maybe elaborate. Stephen LaBerge recommends it in his book. Apparently, he even used it himself. |

Yeah I set myself goals I would recomend trying what I am currently attempting to achieve, Body control basically its the easiest part of the dream to control i.e. growing taller changing the colour of your clothes and of course flying |

For me, improving dream recall has been the best catalyst for improving my lucid percentage. So in the past, setting a goal to improve recall has helped me to progress in LDs. And now when I'm in a dryspell, I return to the goal of dream recall and that often helps me snap the dryspell. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
Thank you, sisyphus, your ideas sound very good. I will definitely try setting goals for more detailed and more vivid dream recall. |
