      Randomly teleporting?

      In almost all my lucids i teleport everytime a location crosses my mind, and it gets annoying. anybody know how to deal with this?
      I have returned, but I'm not the same
      I'm a shadow, a shell, it's no longer a game
      Peace is dead, peace is gone
      All that remains is a chilling song

      Focus on your surroundings more. You teleport because your brain has forgotten what scene you are in
