Am I dreaming am I dreaming am I dr....

Has anyone use the RC as a mantra? You could try just chating it (I'm going to try that tonight) or actually do a quick RC after each one for a couple minutes before bed (serious RC's while you're trying to fall asleep? :S )
If nothing else it would just get it worked in your mind so you would think it more often while awake (and while your awake, thought the day, practice a full RC)

      What do you think?
      Good night!

I think I'll try that too, my only concern is that it will lose its meaning and be simply a group of noises without meaning.

Yeah sounds like a good idea. Any enhancement of dream awareness like that seems to work. Rote repitition is known as a better form of short-term learning than any other, so i'd think your texhnique could be quite effective.

But i agree with the abovementioned threat - make sure the words keep their meaning. Rather than just repeating the sounds, it'd be worth tying them to the concept as well.

Which is why I said to do the full thing and actually think about it when it pops in your head the rest of the day. The mantra thing would just be as a primary infusion of it into your unconscious so you think about it more, and therefore consciously think it more often.
