Has anyone use the RC as a mantra? You could try just chating it (I'm going to try that tonight) or actually do a quick RC after each one for a couple minutes before bed (serious RC's while you're trying to fall asleep? :S ) |

Yeah sounds like a good idea. Any enhancement of dream awareness like that seems to work. Rote repitition is known as a better form of short-term learning than any other, so i'd think your texhnique could be quite effective. |

Which is why I said to do the full thing and actually think about it when it pops in your head the rest of the day. The mantra thing would just be as a primary infusion of it into your unconscious so you think about it more, and therefore consciously think it more often. |
