Thread: Mindfold

Has anyone tried the Mindfold? It's a mask designed by visionary artist Alex Grey for you to be able to stare into total darkness with your eyes open for relaxation and meditation.

I am going to buy one and use it for WILD's. I will also use earphones or earplugs when I do this.

Great Reality Check. Sometimes it can be difficult to ascertain success after a W.I.L.D induction; however, if you're wearing a blindfold at the onset, then it's easy to differentiate between the states: if you can't see then you've likely failed, and if you can then you've likely succeeded.

It looks pretty cool and I love Alex Grey so if it works out well for you I may just have to buy it.
