Usually it's fairly easy for me to stabilize my LD by simply rubbing my hands, looking around and concentrating on my surroundings, and by telling myself (out loud) that I want the dream to be stabilized. Lately though, my lucids seem to be unraveling fairly quickly which is major buzz kill considering I just learned how to fly. =/

My WBTB time has been a little longer than usual so I'm guessing that might be it. If so, is there any way to counteract the effects of a prolonged WBTB time?
