Thread: How have your lucid dreams changed?

Hallooo I've just started my lucid journey and I've experienced 3 dreams I believe were lucid...the problem I'm having is when I wake up I'm not 100% convinced they were truly lucid. I'm keeping a diary, RCing and attempting WILDs, but each time I wake I'm not sure if I was dreaming the concept of a LD or whether it was the real thing.

To explain better, because I've spent a lot of time learning the techniques and reading the forum lucid dreaming is very much on my mind a lot of the time..so perhaps I could just be watching a dream in which I am lucid, like a film.

To give an example, last nights dream - I was walking along a busy street, I stopped and looked at my hands and saw my left fingers were stumpy...at that point (I think) I realised I was dreaming...I continued to walk to a grassy area...bent down to feel the grass...went over to a tree and felt the bark...looked at my reflection in a car window...I tried to fly and distinctly remember having to tense my quad muscles in order to speed up..

...but still when I woke up this morning, I'm not sure if it was just a dream influenced by what I've been reading...

So my two questions are -

1. Is this a problem related to my dream recall?

2. How have your dreams changed since your earliest LD's?
