Is this plan ok?, need your opinions

I wont guarantee i do it every time but, heres my plan/schedule for lucid dreaming.

      Weekdays:Mon-Friday >>>>MILD<<<<
Go to bed at 12:00-6:00 (alarm for WBTB)
6:00-6:30, 30 minute of free time , exercise, record dreams in DJ,etc.
6:30 go to bed, wake up (alarm around 7:30).
1-2 Write about the dream, keywords, etc, something quick (later i can come back to it).

      Weekends: Sat-Sun >>>>WILD!<<<<
Go to bed whenever, alarm about 5-6 hours (WTBT)
      Attempt WILD technique
Set alarm for waking up 3 hours.
Record WILD if have any, if not, then record the dreams.

I need opinion from you guys. I never had a plan for lucid dream but im trying to make an official one.
Feel free to suggest to make it better and easier.

      NOTE:
MILD on weekdays and WILD on weekends is a must.
I have school so must get up at 7:30
12:00 is my usual time for bed.
      Im kinda fat.

sounds pretty good, very similar to mine minus the wild onweekends but i always wbtb during the week. when you wbtb try engaging your memory like try to remember what you did last night, last week etc.
      Smoke weed and dream on!

I've never had a plan for lucid dreaming but I think it's a great idea! Good luck

Looks good to me. Having such an organized schedule is great. I'll throw out one suggestion for the weekday times:

Since sleep cycles last on average 90 minutes, and since you are most likely to have lucid dreams in the later cycles, it would be ideal if your last cycle (after the WBTB) was a full 90 minutes.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.

Um, I have a question concerning these schedules and plans for lucid dreaming. I'm new to this whole lucid dreaming thing, so please bear with me.
Are they all that necessary? Like, what is the main purpose of keeping a schedule/routine or plans?
Do they affect the lucidity of a person (if at all)?
      Thanks.

It's not necessary. It's just a way to keep yourself organized and motivated. Lucid dreaming takes practice and repetition. The schedule is more about developing good habits and discipline.

Oh.. I see. Thanks for the quick response.
I'll try setting up a schedule for myself too.

yea il try bumping my sleep time an hour behind (11:00) so i have sleep time after WBTB.

My main obstacle is the strength to get up of bed and actually do what i planned.
I need to put my alarm clock far away from my bed and a bottle of water xD.
