Do people keep a consistent sleep pattern for their dreaming? Go to bed each night at the same time/wake up in the morning at the same time?

I'm trying to introduce a pattern of going to sleep and waking up, no luck as of yet (lol).

when do you usually go to sleep at night? How many hours do you sleep for?

I usually get to sleep about 1am and wake up at about 10am (8-9 hours sleep a night).
