The day that everybody knows about lucid dreaming is the day that I stop eating cold chicken. Everyday, people hear about things like esp, telekinesis, mind control, etc. But they never take it seriously. When somebody hears about lucid dreaming, they'll put it into the same category. I would have ignored my knowledge of lucid dreaming had it not been for the fact that I had a random lucid dream when I didn't even know what it was. I expect LD's to hit a sort of terminal velocity (it's only going to get so popular).
