I just found this site by googling "lucid dreams" that I read about in a swedish newspaper (Im from Sweden, but live in NYC).. I cant believe that this is an existing phenomena!! Ive had lucid dreams ever since I was a kid, Im able to fly etc. Just didn't know that it was such a big deal...
