WILD dreaming..... Wake initiated lucid dreamers.....Just want to share my story with fello WILDs

I see alot of posts that seem like complete bullcrap, no offense to some people. For the most part I am a rookie in WILD even though I've been doing it for years. My first WILDS were absolute disasters. All turning into complete nightmares in the first 5 to 30 seconds of the dream, or what I thought were nightmares because it was some freaky sh*t......So I would wake myself up right away, pending a 3 second paralysis of my body. So eventually I decided to start riding out the dreams just because I wanted to see the rest of what would happen, I was very interested. I accepted the fact that it was a dream so I said fu*k it, it is just a dream so lets see what happens. All the dreams would start off with me in my bed. The dream would always start with me laying in my bed and various things happening around me. All kinds of sounds, vibrations etc...... My first WILD was a nightmare of a continuation of a nightmare I had after I woke up from a normal dream. For like 2 years as soon as I felt the paralysis taking over my body I would wake myself up right away because I was afraid of it developing into a catastrophy again. So the next experiment came. I was falling asleep and felt the paralysis coming on. I then grew some balls and let it continue. I heard an animal running up my stairs, then coming into my bedroom. The animal jumped up on my bed. (it was my dog I just put to sleep a few months before). Again I bitched out and woke myself up because I thought I was going to get attacked. This was when I became very interested in WILD. I thought it was a special gift, which it is, but I was unaware it was more common. So I begame experimenting. The next time it happened.......again the dream began with me laying in my bed. This time I actually got up out of my bed and started walking out of my room but woke up very disappointed. The next time I tried the same thing.....I got out of my bed but this time I actually walked around the upstairs of my house, then walked downstairs and went outside.....walked into my front yard and suddenly I appeared on the outside of the previous house I lived in.......Then I woke up.......So fast forward it...I thought to myself lets try to get laid in my dream,......Im not a prevert but I was very curious.....So when I tried this, I actually appeared in a random room I have never been in with some girl I knew, but upon touching her ass I woke up........

So my skills have extended to creating an environment and populating it with a few people. The disappointing part is that I havent had a lucid paralysis in a few months. I have read about people flying, diving, shaping, and all types of stuff and Im interested in trying it the next time I WILD..........I thought moving around in my dream, like walking, was a big step, but flying? Damn I wish......Everytime my adrenaline starts going in my dream I wake up, or if I get excited.......

I just wanted to share my experience because I have nobody I know that has the same gift......It is crazy that more things are possible with this. I would like some feedback on my post. I was mostly talking you to death but I felt the need to share.

i am in the same situation at the moment or a little behing actually, i have not been able to become lucid in dreams by doing reality checks even tho i do them aobut 20 times a day. however i have tried the wild technique in small naps, as soon as i get myself to sleep paralysisi i hear a buzzing sound and my heart start pounding very fast (or so i think), then i wake up after about 5 seconds of trying to leave SP. once i did appear in front of my couch, as soon as i realized i was dreaming i got scared or excited and everything seemed to shake and woke up immediatly. tips on how to stay calm would really help me out

Yeah it takes a while to calm your nerves and heart rate.....In the first few seconds of your dream try to imagine something.....Dont focus on" Holy crap Im doing it, Im Lucid dreaming".....Dont focus on "Damn whats the noise, whats going on?"......Try to imagine youself getting out of bed.....Or imagine a family member or something you want to talk to.....Something soothing, nothing to get your heart rate going

Heh, man I remember when I used to be so extremely excited about the possibilities in lucid dreaming. Have had a dry spell for so long though I forgot what the freedom of a dream feels like. However, I do remember the importance of keeping your nerves under control and don't get ahead of yourself. By the sound of it, you seem to be having lucid dreams at a somewhat persistent level which means you have plenty of tries to do whatever you want. So, next time you are dreaming try doing whatever it is you wanted to do, but if you get excited slow down, stop, and wait for your nerves to settle before trying again. Don't worry about the dream ending too soon, you can always have another one. Just focus on keeping your nerves calm, and after practice you will be able to stay in the dream without exciting yourself out of it.

Anyway, hope this helps a little, good luck and welcome to the forums!

Nice story! It's pretty awesome that you were able to discover this on your own, without needing any instruction or anything. I wake up whenever I get excited too, so I haven't had any really good ones yet, but some people here have great stories about all the wonderfull stuff you can do. Good luck getting longer lucid dreams and I hope you can start to have some fun!
