Thread: Odd Experience

This morning I had a false awakening unlike any other. Like any other false awakening I was in my bed and I immediately performed a reality check. The odd part was that as soon as I performed the reality check my whole body began to mutate. It was like I was being sucked into a black hole and my body was being crushed into a small cube. I had never experienced anything like this before so it was quite a shock and immediately woke me up. I was just curious if anyone else has experienced something like this.

I've had a similar experience, but not in a false awakening. I remember when I was younger, we had a big leather recliner in our living room. I dreamt that I was sitting in that chair, but I was beginning to wake up and was experiencing sleep paralysis. I felt like I was getting sucked down into the chair, like it was trying to consume me or something, similar to your description of being crushed into a small cube. It was very unpleasent.

Definitely unpleasant, in my dream I could literally see my body being folded like a piece of paper.
