I finaly dicided to releave you people who can't seem to fall asleep, you can add to my list, ask questions, and make comments
-use the bathroom you would be suprised how much it helps, even if you feel you don't need to go, just do it
-you must figure out if you are a person who likes noise well falling asleep or no noise, I like noise, I find white noise irritating, so I turn on a fan, or some music on low, most remotes have a sleep system, so turn on your tv, to those soft music channels set it on low, and hit sleep for an hour or so
-you must be at the right tempiture, I find I have been getting too warm some nights, so I turn on a fan, if you get to cold use exra blankets.
-put on some comfterbol clothes, that realy helps, I full asleep in some shorts and a Tshirt, don't use anything like silk, it will irritate your skin
-for those of you who hate the dark like me, don't be afraid, go out and by a night light, if some thought is bothering you, go look at stuff that makes you happier, or read a book
-use one pillow, it doesn't put so much stress on your neck
- if you want to fall asleep real fast, and you don't mind the dark, turn out all the lights
