best induction technique ? I'm asking this because I've been trying every technique and they haven't worked for me. The one I'm trying to do now is MILD. I borrowed the book exploring lucid dreaming and that still hasn't worked. Is there anything I can do to increase my chances ? |

Actually In my personal opinion the way to go is wild using a timer. You can read my post about it here and follow the link there to the technique. It gave me my first set of lds and seems to have helped many others have their first, low effort, high quality, wild. lol. |

MY RC ADVICE: Don't be too eager to go leaping off buildings.
Start from the ground and go up from there.
I read it and it kinda confused me. I have a laptop but I wouldn't know at what time to use the timer. I understood the part about sleeping for 6 hours or under. I'm reading the book "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" and a technique that interests me is the counting technique "1 I'm dreaming 2 I'm dreaming". Would that work in combination with the timer ? |

Yes. You would use the counting method each time the timer woke you up to attempt to re-enter into a dream whilst being lucid. |
