Thread: Did I have multiple dreams?

It sure feels like it. Usually my dreams make no sense, and they are all over the place, but when I woke up this morning I remember not one, but THREE separate dreams, but they weren't exactly lucid, but my last dream felt very realistic.

It feels like I woke up and went back to bed in a way, but I know that I didn't really do that. I've been having these type of dreams for the past 2 days, since I'm trying to achieve WILD through SP. I usually end up falling asleep in SP.

During sleep, we enter REM multiple times in one night. Each of these REM periods
will produce a dream whether we remember or not. Usually, the brain will forget the
dream from the previous REM period as part of its routine. You usually have about 3
or 4 dreams each night, but most people only remember the last one they had.
Looks to me like your dream recall is improving

Only three or four in one night? I think it's a lot more than that, just from reading dream journals.

Sorry, I just meant that there are many, not necessarily just 3 or 4...
