      I don't see how this relates to superstitions in anyway. You seem more OCD than superstitious.

      I haven't had a lot of lucid dreams, but I do have what you could call "routines" that your talking about. It seems like a lot of people have these "routines" that they have to do. For example when I am eating a sandwich I always eat the crust first. My health teacher actually talked to us about this. Apparently it's normal to have these routines, like what you do with your coffee. I'm not sure if lucid dreaming would have any effect on this though.
