For the past 2 months whenever I would realize I was dreaming, I would feel a heavy pressure, or see some strange bright lights and wake up. Last night I realized I was dreaming but immediatley after I realized that, I felt this REALLY heavy pressure on me, it was like I had a boulder on top of me, and I faintly heard this voice that said something like, "No! This is reality!" and then I woke up. I don't know why this is happening, it's like my mind doesn't want me to become lucid. This didn't use to happen before. |

Go to my own world in a lucid dream [ ]
Lucid Dreams since the beginning of 2011: 0
Try not to think too much about the fact that you're dreaming. Just imagine that it is reality, but you are "God" if you will, and can do anything you want. Try to concentrate on the dream only, and become familiar with it. Concentrate on sounds, smells etc. It will make it seem more real. |
