      Question about Sleep Paralysis?

So, I was looking up about sleep paralysis online and it does sound pretty scary, but as a seasoned survival-horror game fan, I think I'd only really freak out if Pyramid Head decided to sit on my chest. Even so, I've heard stories from people who normally don't get scared who ended up getting extremely scared. (Then again, I am afraid of looking in a mirror >_<)

I was wondering, who would this happen to? I use reality checks to induce lucid dreaming. Is it only people who use WILD or similar techniques? Also, is there any way to prevent this from happening?

      Thank you

Yep, when I was a kid I did many lucid dreams. The first time I went SP I heard pans being dropped, footsteps, little hipanic midgit in my room, and doors being slammed. It only lasts like a minute or two though. After you go through it twice or thrice you don't go through it again. Think about the positives though too.

I Think you should exp. SP and just get it over with. Just remember that It will only be bad if you want it to be! Think positive because your emotions are in control. Next time you're in a LD and you want to experience it, stay still and think about being in sleep paralysis. You will transition into it but don't freak out and stay calm lol. Sorry If that keeps you from wanting LDs err

I am almost positive you will not have a bad SP if you know your gonna do it. People are so used to moving right away when they get up so when they have SP they wake up and they start to create things in their minds that come to attack them. If you were to induce SP and you knew it was just a dream you wouldn't be scared, but if you scared of SP in general then you will probably experience these night figures.
