      Sleep Paralysis Question

      I've tried inducing myself into SP using Yoshi's method, but eventually i gave up and when i looked at my ipod, an hour passed.

      does anyone know a quick, easy way to get into SP?

      I can seem to get into SP within 5mins no matter how tired I am

      Get relaxed and comfy and recite a mantra or count breaths

      Otherwise, no clue
