First Lucid Dream through WILD :)

I was lying still for a good some time, when all of the sudden I "fell" through my bed and starting hearing the craziest sounds ever, It lasted about 5 sec. When that was done I seen a snowy scenario with a snowman and a snowbunny..but then I lost it.

It was THEE coolest feeling my body has ever felt!...I just have one quesiton...i cant quite remember how I got my body to "fall" through my bed, i remember my finger twitching and then Boom!...I dropped, any help?

how long did you lay there? was it during the middle of the night or as you were going to bed?
the falling feeling is sleep paralysis. DO NOT MOVE YOUR BODY once you are in the dream because you might not be fully in it.
and always check to see if you had a false awakening.
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Lucky, I'm still working on it... Its tough but even what I've experienced so far is
one of the most rewarding experiences of my entire life. Very interesting stuff.
