Has this ever happened to you?

So far something like this has happened to me about 4 times. Here is what happens:

I have a dream lucid or non-lucid. Wake up thinking it's Saturday (or Friday/Sunday) even though it's actually Monday (or any other week day). Then I keep thinking I don't have school and don't go to school that day thinking it's the weekend.. And when my mum comes home she always gets very angry.. It's pretty annoying and I would like to know how to stop it.

Simply check what day it is? clock/watch/computer?

I'm not sure if people still do this anymore, but keep a calender in your room and every time you go to bed cross off the day that just passed. That way, when you wake up, you can just look over and see if it's saturday, monday, etc. etc. The only down side to this is if you forget to cross off a day and are really tired in the morning, you could think it's sunday when it's actually monday.

That happened to me once, except it was the other way around. I wearily got out of bed 5:30 in the morning on a Sunday, thinking it was a Monday and had school. My mother, being an early bird, was already up to ask me why I was awake so early on a Sunday. Safe to say I was pretty happy after finding out what day it really was...

Normally when that happens to me I get caught off guard and it takes me a bit to realise what day it is.

This happened to me recently actually (on monday) I had a dream in which I thought it was Sunday, then in the dream realized it was Saturday, then when I woke up realized it was actually monday. And also after my first Lucid Dream I didn't even know what day it was for like a minute after I woke up because I was still thinking about the dream so much.
