It does happen quite often to me, but you just have to try and remember them. When you wake up, lay in bed with your eyes closed, and try and remember any dreams you had. Make sure you have something nearby to copy it down. Gradually throughout the day some dreams may just come to you, that you hadn't remembered at all before. There are also several methods, like waking up during a REM cycle, and eating/drinking certain things before bed. I'm sure you've researched these things before, but it's still good to always try them. Hope this helps. |
