Forgetting lucid dreams in the morning

I had a lucid last night, but it was soo early in my rem cycle, that I forgot it. All I remember was that it was short. I also had a ton of long dreams after, so that another reason I forgot it. How many other people seem to forget their lucids in the morning? Just curious how often it happens.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

It does happen quite often to me, but you just have to try and remember them. When you wake up, lay in bed with your eyes closed, and try and remember any dreams you had. Make sure you have something nearby to copy it down. Gradually throughout the day some dreams may just come to you, that you hadn't remembered at all before. There are also several methods, like waking up during a REM cycle, and eating/drinking certain things before bed. I'm sure you've researched these things before, but it's still good to always try them. Hope this helps.

I was just talking about lucid dreams not regular dreams. That night I remembered all my non lucid dreams, but I forgot my lucid dream because it was so early into my rem cycle. I always have pretty good dream recall, but for some reason I forgot this lucid
