Thread: WILD Help Please

Last night was my first attempt at a WILD. I know it will take practice but i just have a few questions.

I went to sleep for about 5.5 hours. Then I woke up and hung out + drank a coke for about 25 minutes. Then I went to lay in bed. Everything went well first. I just tried to relax and concentrate on breather. Then all of a sudden, my eyes just went crazy. I guess i went into REM. I started breathing hard and my heart rate went up. I tried to calm down and said "1, I am draeming, 2, i am dreaming, 3 I am dreaming". When I got to about 10, it was over and I was back to trying to relax. I guess I was too excited. Then i kept trying to relax and in about another 10 minutes the blackness that I saw when I close my eyes wasn't just somthing I saw, it engulfed me. I started seeing some random lights but I kept having the urge to open my eyes a tiny bit. I tried to concentrate, but I kept giong back into relaxation. Then, to my regret, I got up to pee and take a battery out of my clock that kept ticking and then full turn off a faucet that was dripping. When i got back I couldn't get back into relaxation and I couldn't even sleep. I got very frustrated, gave up, and then focused on just going to sleep because i have a history test today. Any suggestions?
