      Question Major questions!!!!!

I'm probably a newbie at lucid dreaming. I've done it twice, but I felt foggy or something. That's what I need help with. When I lucid dreamt, I was aware that I was dreaming. I knew I was dreaming, but I felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and weak. I could hardly control anything, and I felt like my vision was figuratively confused. It wasn't a good feeling. I remembered some cool stuff that I thought I could do, but I forgot alot of things that had happened in the real world before the dream. I tried flying, but I guess I doubted myself because I ended up crashing before take off. Energy balls and making my sisters hair stand on end was hopeless. I felt weak and not able to control anything. Any help with mastering the dream or something?

Also, have you ever felt, in a normal unlucid dream, that you seem kind of bound to what the dream is about. Like you just move without thinking or controlling, and you feel hopeless and weak. Well that's how I felt in the lucid dream I was talking about in the last paragraph. I felt like I was still in a normal dream, stuck, but aware of some sort of lucidity. thanks, sorry about my length.

Could you help me master my dreams?

When you're not lucid or you are lucid but can't control anything it feels like you are a train on the tracks and hopeless to get anywhere. Honestly man it's just going to take hard work. When you first become lucid you should immediately try to stabilize the dream (spin, keep your eyes open, rub your hands). Basically initiate any sort of contact you can. The more you feel in the dream world the more grounded you get, as long as you stay calm. After that go forth with confidence. You know you control the world. Don't doubt yourself. The thing about this world is that it behaves according to you. You are the alpha and omega there. You decide. With that TRUE confidence you should be able to do what you wish.

You will react how you expect to act, my friend. Expect to be strong. Don't feel weak. Choose not to. It's literally "all in your head".

In a normal dream you shouldn't feel weak or uncomfortable while being forced to go with the dream. Since you shouldn't realize you are being forced to do stuff. That might be a good sign that you are semi lucid in your normal dreams. Some times things just don't go your way, but I suggest you just keep trying different things. If you go in with the attitude that it is just a dream and nothing can hurt you in it, then you will feel a lot more confident.
