I would consider it a DILD since you recognized something in the dream and that made you lucid. When you DEILD/WILD you are lucid as soon as the dream starts. More specifically I would consider it a MILD since you fell back asleep with the intention of lucid dreaming fresh on your mind. Grats though, I have a difficult time incubating the previous dream I was just in. If you can repeat it it might be an easy way for you to recognize you're dreaming. |

I did recognize the dream as soon as it was done forming thats what I'm getting confused on. I didn't see the dream forum in my mind like you would with a DEILD and I wasn't aware until the dream was done forming. (I wasn't aware for like 3 seconds.) |

Both! |

I'm asking because i'm planning on making a tutorial on how I did this exactly (if I can do this again) and to make the tutorial I would need to know if this was a DILD or DEILD. |

I'd practice it for at least a month or two before making a tutorial. Once is luck, you know |

Yeah I know its not like i'm just to randomly make a tutorial right now. You still haven't answered my question. My question is if it was a DILD or DEILD not to not make a tutorial because I haven't practiced. |

Sounds like it could go either way. However you want to classify. It's too close to call. |

Ok thanks |

I know. I was just looking for more then 1 persons opinion so I could actually confirm what it was. Now that you and LikesToTrip said "both", I now consider my dream to be both a DILD because it was to close to call and I didn't do the things are required in a DEILD. (I moved, Opened my eyes, etc.) |

You can move/open your eyes during a DEILD, it just might make it more difficult if you aren't used to WILDing. Or you could just consider it a regular WILD if you didn't slip back into the dream immediately. I dunno, it's really just the discretion of the person who experienced it. |
