Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.
Be wary when trying to sway your dreams too far to one side or the other...remember sometimes even in a WILD dream you can go too far and push the limits of your boundaries and then wake up... |

Get out of your bed, stretch your arms, legs, neck, SHOULDERS AND JAW. Last two are very important. Than go to bed and count your heart beat. Every ten beats relax one of your body parts. Roll your eyes to relax them too. Do not EVER forget about trhe jaw thou. |

My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
*Wolves are beautiful.

Relax with Andrew Johnson is a damned good iphone/ipod touch app you can try free or buy for 3 bucks...well worth the money imo. |
