      First real DEILD and questions?

Alright so last night I had a banana about an hour before I went to sleep, not really thinking of it for lucid dreaming use, because my b6 tablets don't help me and usually any lucid aids make my chance Lower. So I go in bed, and listened to some music, just normal music I like-nothin ambient (alternative etc) it relaxes me and helps me focus (I always have to listen to music when I do homework) anyways so I did that and he last time I did I had a lucid dream too. So as I was dozing off I took my headphones off, Drank half a water bottle, put a blind fold on (DEILD help) and dis some autosuggestion and fell asleep. Later in the night I had a dream and became lucid, it was pretty short but I did the ToTM Then I thought of DEILD, so I told myself not to move, I woke up and stayed still. Usually I automatically swallow but I didn't this time. Then I could hear my fan aound going on and off , I always sleep with a fan. Then I started seeing HI and I saw little things in the middle of blackness and I appeared in my room I think...or somewhere and it was a DEILD, this was a longer LD and I tries to DEILD again but I ended up having a false awakening which I was automatically lucid in...not sure if it was another DEILD or not, but that was 3 consecutive lucids. So I'm wondering, is there something with he banana that helped me? It never has before? Or listening to music? I really want to start having DEILDs because ever since I got back into lDing in January I'm finally getting up to multiple ones a week. This is my 5 this week I think....how can I keep getting better at DEIlD????

I don't think it was the banana, maybe the music. I find that being really calm helps a lot with DEILDs. Also thinking about them and autosuggestion help, but I'm not that experienced with them.
157 is a prime number. The next prime is 163 and the previous prime is 151, which with 157 form a sexy prime triplet. Taking the arithmetic mean of those primes yields 157, thus it is a balanced prime.

Banana could have helped in some way. To get better at DEILD just keep practicing, you will get used to not moving and re-entering dreams with ease. That's all there really is to it. Sometimes though, you can be too tired to DEILD (focus wise) -Chase
