      DEILD questions

Last nite, i woke up from my dream and managed not to move nor open my eyes.

The following happened and how to solve :

      1. The sound in the room faded, and my heartbeat became v loud.
      2. My mind was full with thoughts, over exited !..
      3. I woke up in uncomfortable position and i felt i wanted.to turn.

      Is.this the start.of a deild? Are.questions 1&2 normal ?

Hi Azalin, what you're describing is probably sleep paralysis. Since you wanted to DEILD, and weren't moving, your mind probably thought you were still asleep and stayed in sleep paralysis. It helps to imagine tactile/auditory/visual sensations when you DEILD, it'll help get you into the dream faster.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I agree with puffin, although i've never done DEILD i know a few things about it.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
