first lucid dream

Just had my first lucid dream. I was dreaming and i watched my hands...i had 2 walkie-talkies (1 per hand), i looked away and then i saw the walkie-talkies poping out. I tought to myself: "this is not possible, i´m dreaming"

As soon as i realized that i start to try and control the dream...

The dream scenario collapsed, and i started to feel my legs shaking and vibrating, a sense of heat in my knees. Everything around my became the same colour of the interior of my eye lids. Then i woke up.

Now my question is. is this a begining of a lucid dream? Because when i realized i was dreaming, i didn´t realized i was in my bed sleeping, i just realized that it was a dream, and tried to control it.

keep it up.
You became aware while sleeping that you were dreaming, and in a dream = Lucid dream.

The dream only slipped away from you, as you likely became excited and woke up too soon.
Persistent effort will get you closer to getting the dreams to last longer. Keep trying Surukien.

In the few lucid dreams I have had I to can't comprehend I'm laying in my bed asleep, I just knew I was dreaming. (All 4 of my lucid dreams have been like this)

Tripoli, I use to have lucid dreams like that a lot, just randomly becoming aware. On the main topic, if you become lucid and realize you're waking up, remember to stay still as you wake up so that you can DEILD
