      RealityCheck App?

      I was Wondering if anyone has come across a realitycheck app. If not that be a pretty cool idea for someone who knew how to make one!

      use an alarm with snooze button. every-time it goes on perform a reality check. very basic but effective.

      I created an .mp3 file that alerts you to do a reality check, at the bottom of my post there is also an app that allows you to set the track as an alarm (without repeat). --------> http://www.dreamviews.com/f44/ld-eas...ack%5D-112960/

      Lucid dreams made by Energy Time s.r.l. has a reality check clock that you can set for 30, 60 90 or 120 minutes. This seems to work since you aren't just reality checking when you want to, it's completely spontaneous. Also, they have a lucid dreams frequency that helped me become lucid my first use.
      Lucid Goals

      Short term
      convince a dc they're in a dream, get high, go swimming

      Long Term
      have a deild, continue a relationship, stop time
