Maybe if you wrote out a list of dream goals, it would help motivate you to try and get lucid. You could also try reading through some of the other members Dream Jounals here. Perhaps you would find some inspiration on their dreams. |

When I started lucid dreaming, I became a natural-like DILDer. I had them every night, cause I was so into it. Nowdays, whenever I try to make a "comeback", I first do as much as I can to get lucids, and Iīm really excited but right after I start getting them, I just quit for some reason. Last time I started to fix my old moped and I forgot all reality checks and everything and realized a week after that Iīve completely forgot the whole thing. Then I donīt have any motivation and it takes me many weeks to start again. Just about that happens everytime! Itīs really frustrating. Does anyone else have the same problem? Any tips? |

I know what you mean, man. This happens to me often. One week I'm doing loads of reality checks and writing every detail from my dreams and lucid dreams and the next I'm not doing anything to lucid dream at all. Making me have to start over again. It doesn't seem to take that long to get back into it for me though, if I take three weeks off from lucid dreaming and attempt to start lucid dreaming again. It takes me about one week to have lucid dreams almost every two to three nights, sometimes one. I love lucid dreaming, I just have bad motivation towards it. |
