      I need some hlep

      Ummm Every might before I go to bed I say to myself "I will awake form my dreams and completly remeber them" so I remember them.I have a theroy in which if I say "I will have a lucid dream" over and over I will have one. The thing is will this stop me form remebering it?

      What if you say I will have a lucid dream and remember it. That should cover both of them.
