strange DEILD experience, and non dialougued thoughts

Ok I have had a very stressful week, that hinders my recall and LDing badly. I usually have multiple LDs a week and remember quite a few dreams, but within the past 5 days, nothing. Last night I went to bed around 1 or so, and on the weekends I always wake up at around 7am or 8am, not because I wake up then, but i usually just do that. SO I woke up, and I was like "well, this would be a good time to have an LD, I probably will have one" (I usually have LDs in the early morning like this) and I went back to sleep, I tried doing non verbal thoughts of lucid dreaming, but I need some help with that....so can you give me some tips? so I just thought of LDing and after a small dryspell of 7 days, I somehow became lucid, can't remember how, but I did. I don't remember if I continued the dream or ended it for DEILD, but I somehow woke up, stayed still but I felt like my arms were moving but they weren't, like my whole body was moving but I was still for DEILD...what what that? then I entered a dream scene, had an LD, chained another, stayed still and I started seeing the dream scenes to enter, they were like cinematic drop thing of new scenes, like in the beginning of falllout 3. I ended up having 4 LDs last night. Anyways, so how do I get better at non verbal thoughts, like getting thoughts to scroll across my eyelids? that is very affective for me (not dialogued thoughts) which is like a technique. Why did it feel like I was moving when I wasn't during DEILD transition? and has anyone experienced the cinematic thing of dreamlets ?

You got the scrolling after you woke up and tried to attempt a lucid dream?
If so, it sounds kind of like hallucinations. Could have been closer to a WILD?
      kind of confused here.

With DEILD, you are going into SP just like a normal WILD. Usually, it happens so fast that you don't feel the SP or get any hallucinations. You just simply felt some SP related HH. These dreamlets upon entering sleep are also HI/HH. As for non verbal thoughts, just try to imagine yourself within a lucid dreams. Imagine yourself flying and performing other dream related activities. Once you get into deep SP, verbal thoughts will change to images, so it isn't necessary for you to completely eliminate verbal thoughts.
