      Wild sythoms?

today i attemp to do wtbt. i went to sleep at 11 pm woke up at 5 am, went back to be at 6 am. I ate a glass with milk and a banana. i couldn't fall asleep, so i started to make up stories.
at some moment i was in my classroom and my math teaching was explaining something about art. there was a picture on the board. the music from l4d when the tank is coming starts to play. im aware that this might be a dream and try to rc but when i try to look at my hands i feel i can't really move mine and that woke me up a bit, then i opened my eyes and everything looked strange. in a moment it went all to normal and i was fully awoke.

      close but no cigar,
I think that you were in sleep paralysis, on the edge of getting into a dream.

Yeah, definitely sounds like SP coming out of the dream. If you were having trouble falling asleep again you might want to shorten the amount of time you stay awake. Just keep adjusting it until you find something that works for you.
