      Some advice please

So I just started recording my dreams this morning, and after waking up an hour before I had to, I recorded my dream then attempted to go back to sleep. I dunno, it's weird, I just let my imagination run and then a dream formed kind of, except I was still able to hear my Mum doing stuff around the house, I could still dream slightly. I had about 3 of these mid dream things, and I didn't know whether to record them or not.

      Any one can explain?

You should record any dreams you have, even if they're just fragments. It will all help towards your recall.

      Also, welcome to the forum

      Thanks
I know, I know. I wish I would have, it's just I was kinda frightened I would write it down, then not be able to get back to sleep for another 10 minutes or w/e.
Thanks for the reply though, I'll keep it in mind.

Yeah i've been there, I know that I'll forget about it completely by the time I wake up though, so I make an effort to scribble down some words before I go back to sleep. I have a DJ right by my bed stand so I don't have to get up. Even a few words can trigger your memory in the morning, you don't necessarily have to write down the whole thing at first.

Write down any dreams even fragments. I've had times where I've been at my peak of dream recall and it takes 10-15 minutes to write my dreams down. Typing is faster but it seems kinda weird.
