Day 4!

Day: I am getting more and more aware. I am now always aware when I wite text messages, eat or drink something and I am always aware in what kind of position I am sitting/standing.

Night: I got a new phone and it's clock is set 1 hour earlier than it should be. And I was lazy to fix it and guess what. I set my alarm clock at 5 o'clock, but It accualy was 6 o'clock. I woke up, listened for some binaural beats, fell asleep for few minutes and than I was woken up... School... Believe how shocked i was. ;D I recalled 3 dreams.

Some notes about what I've experienced these days.

* I know that everyone uses different, idividual techniques to get Lucid Dreams. I think that I am very close to my own method of getting regular LD's. I just feel it.

*My dream recall got crazy. Let me copy post I made somewhere.
I don't know if it's because of the cartography or not, but I am experiencing the best time I've ever had. I suddenly remember dream I had. let me explain. Regularly, I remember 3 dreams per night, but now I remember at least 5, because of the sudden "vision" I get during the day. For example, yesterday I was walking past tennis court, when I remembered the dream I had about tennis the other night. Same thing happened today and day before yesterday. It's powerful and it keeps getting better.
After writing this it happened me many more times.

And QUESTION

I've read a lot about meditation combined with LDing. I used to meditate, but I stopped. So. What is the best time to meditate? Should I meditate before going to sleep? Or after WBTB?
