      Anybody else ever had this?

Iv been making sure to do ADA atleast an hour a day for the past few months and im getting better and see some changes which im happy about.
Last night i was laying in bed imagining different places and things to do in lucid dreams.....my imagination every now and then got that vivid i thought i was dreaming it but i knew i wasnt as i wasnt tired and nowhere near tired enough.Maybe ADA has something to do with it? I can picture things in my head before i sleep that can look very realistic...i think i might use this to my advantage somehow =)

That's very awesome Clidu! Unfortunately I haven't been able to successfully use the ADA technique, but I was fascinated with the idea. It's very beautiful, and I think if everyone were to practice all day awareness it would be one of the easiest ways to accomplish lucidity. Now, what you're saying is simply riveting. It sounds to me as if you're visualization skills have improved considerably, which I imagine is a very possible side-effect when practicing all day awareness. When you pay attention to details, feel everything thoroughly with all senses, I feel as if you've actively training your skill to visualize clearly.

Like I said, I'm not very certified to talk on this because I haven't really given myself the chance to try ADA, but I found your post very interesting. Good luck on future intentions, keep us updating if anything new happens!

I call this daydreaming. It happen to me in class sometimes. I dont close my eyes but i loose awarness. And when i realise it us happening i get out of it. Same thing happen when i am in bed trying to sleep. If you dont realise it is happening you will sleep normally if you do you will return to reality.(I don't know if you are talking about this but I think you are)

You can also use "night daydreaming" as a practice for the lucid dream you're about to have. You can plan the whole lucid dream with daydreaming. You can think of every action that you're going to make and everything that is going to happen beforehand, so you don't get side tracked in case you start losing your lucidity. It's kinda like writing a script and having an intention of playing it out.
