      Is this an LD?

This is just the end of a longer dream:

I am walking by the lockers and see all of the girls changing for gym. I hold my arm up to my right so that I can't see them and go to my locker. When I opened my locker I noticed that my boxers have fallen off. All the girls were laughing at me. I thought for sure it was real life but I had a small thought that said it was a dream. I laid on the ground closed my eyes and said wake up 3 times to myself. Then a girl hovered over me and said wake up and I felt the air of her talking then I woke up into a false awakening.

      Is that a lucid dream?

      Also Here's my false awakening:
I remembered my dream and went to the side of my bed where my dream journal is and heard my phone ringing. I checked my phone and no one was calling me but it was my Ipod that was ringing. I unlocked it and my dad had called me and was showing me the forecast and the radar. It looked really bad. Then I woke up for real and wrote down the dream.

Do you guys have any tips for becoming lucid in FAs?

Lucid refers to one's state of awareness, not to the content of what they may or may not be aware of.

Always perform a RC when you wake from sleep. Even if you are sure you are awake, perform a RC. Get into to the habit of doing this and you will be able to catch FAs. The only requirement for a dream to be considered lucid dream, is knowing that you are dreaming from within the dream itself.
