      Question 6th day straight

      Sadly, i have not rememberd ant dream for about 6 days straight. could it be that im trying to pysich myself into a certain dream and i dont want to remember it because it diddnt work. id rather have a normal dream than no dream

      One way to remember dreams is to set an alarm for six hours after you wake up, or as close as possible, and upon waking trying to recall as many dreams as possible. This should be near the end or after a complete dream cycle, giving you clear memory of your dream(s). After, you can go back to bed haha
      Lucid Goals

      Short term
      convince a dc they're in a dream, get high, go swimming

      Long Term
      have a deild, continue a relationship, stop time
