OK I have been having a sort of dryspell issue I have noticed, it has gone on about a week and half (I fluctuate a lot with LDs, one week I have 7 LDs, multiple ones a night, then the next week I have 0.) SO what has been happening to me for a week and half is that I am not having LDs in the school week, after all week with no LDs I had one last night. I think it is because I don't get enough sleep on school days? On school nights I go to bed around 11 and wake up at 6, last night I went to bed at like 1:30 and woke up at 9, and I had a crazy dream and had a very small lucid dream. But the thing is, I only got about an hour and a half more sleep last night then on school nights. I find most of my LDs are in early morning (no, I don't do WBTB, I can't) so should I start going to bed earlier on Mon-Thurs? But this problem with no LDs during the school week is just starting to happen, what should I do to get back into the mode of how I was? should i just wait it out or something? |
