      No, just most people. Think there is a rare disease that makes you unable to dream, so those would be unable to.

      It's not a disease, its usually a result of trauma. Or if you are sick enough to affect your neurorecpeptors, then you cant dream for a couple years. the horror

      I do believe so, I haven't been able to yet. But I know there are techniques you can try, and you may also want to try experimenting with it.
