Thread: How to lucid dream about a thing you want to dream

Having a dream about something is much easier than having a lucid dream about it. If you want to have a lucid dream about it make sure you are constantly aware when you see or think of it.

For my example say I have a gun in real life but want to try using it in combat in a dream. I can look at the gun frequently. I can shoot it and clean it. I can think about it and read about it. After doing this I'm bound to have a dream somehow involving this weapon.

But it would be much easier to just become lucid and then summon the gun rather than focusing on it while awake.
