      Quick Question about Lucid dreaming

      So i just had my first LD yesterday night. I just randomely became lucid after downing some Naproxen (Tore a tendon) so i was feeling tired and went to bed then i just realised i was dreaming.
      My question is once you have a LD is it esiar to have more and if so how would i do it easily because i had no intention of LD'ing that night.
      You see things and say, 'Why?", but I dream things and say, 'Why not?

      naproxen might have LD aids such as melatonin.

      If you aren't using aids, LDing does become easier if you get more.
