      Post Help with being Lucid.

It's possible. A few days ago I had a LD. And for the last week almost now, I've had dreams every night.

Here is what I need to know:I need more RCs I know of all these. And normally I mix and match 2-3 of these when I RC, and am doing these about 20-30 times a day.
-How did I get here?, where am I going?
-Dream control test (Try to fly)
-Nose plug test (Got me lucid the last time)
-Poke finger though palm (Failed me last time)
      -Check if surroundings are logical.

Help with dream control. (And stabilization)
-Dream spinning doesn't work for me. (Feel claustrophobic)
-Touch the ground or something in the dream.
      -Voice commands.
      -Hand motions.(Sometimes works for DC)

What is your first question exactly? More RC's? It seems you have plenty, you really only need one or two.

As for your second, stabilization is easy to attain once you start using as many senses as you can. An example I usually use is when I was having a really muddy lucid that started fading. I instantly ran up to the nearest tree (which happened to be a big pine) and I ran my hand along it to feel the bark and I leaned in close so I could smell the sap. I didn't even need to use other senses because it instantly became as vivid as life. Something I have heard a few times (though never tried) was to fall backwards to get your sense of balance kick-started, making your dream more vivid. Either way, the more senses you use the more clear things should get.

As for control, confidence is key. You can do anything, voice commands, a button, hand motions, whatever. Anything will work as long as you are completely confident and expecting it to work. Those actions are just meant to help convince yourself that it will work. If you have ever seen the film The Matrix, it is just like that. What you believe will happen will happen.
