There is something that is just so different between my dreams and reality, when I'm dreaming it's like the entire world is just being projected in front of me, not like it's actually there. I don't really feel my body either in dreams, it's like I'm playing a first person game.
I've tried taking b6 suppliments but they haven't done anything.
I few days ago I had a dream about how realistic my dreams were, and in this dream I was thinking "Wow this dream is so realistic!" I was in a library looking at the books (they just had scribbles not words now that I think about it) thinking it was all so crystal clear. But as soon as I woke up I felt no different than in the dream, like I had been lying in bed the entire dream.
Is there anything I can do to help them become more realistic? The entire dream was about how realistic it was, I went around touching things and yet it was still just like I was lying in bed with imagery playing out in front of me.
