      Tossing and Turning

If sleep paralysis happens to everyone during their sleep whether they know about it or not, why is it that there are so many people who toss and turn in their sleep?

hm..good question. Maybe its because they become concious enough to be able to move around, but they just dont remember at all. Everyone wakes up at different times throughout the night. Its just that they dont remember. That cuold be why, but its just an educated guess.

I think we can conclude from this that sleep paralysis only applies to what happens in the physical real world.

Besides, most of the time when people toss and turn, they're only half asleep, and thus out of the sleep paralysis mode.
naturals are what we call people who did all the right things accidentally
